APC’s core activities are asset valuations (including landed property, plant and machinery), asset management, property brokerage (sales, leasing and acquisition) and general property advisory work to include property market research, property due diligence and documentation. APC is currently the leading property services firm in Ghana with regard to its market share in the asset and mortgage valuation segment and general property advisory services.
