Commissioned in 2015, the Jubilee Mall is the first purpose built community mall in the Kumasi Metropolis. The Mall is located at the commercial business district of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Campus and does not only serve the KNUST community but also the inhabitants of the surrounding communities including Bomso, Ayigya, Ahinsan and Ayeduase. Assenta assumed the role of asset managers in 2017 and has since transformed the operations of the mall through an increase in occupancy rate from about 65% to about 90% thereby increasing revenue significantly.
Linda’s Court, Cantonments, Accra (14 townhouses in a gated estate)
Linda’s Court is a plush gated residential estate with 14 townhomes located on the 2 nd Circular Road in Cantonments, Accra. Each townhome comes with 5 ensuite bedrooms and other ancillaries including a private swimming pool and a garden. Assenta has been in charge of asset management of the edifice since its completion in 2014. By virtue of our efficient asset management practices including our good maintenance policies, the beauty of the facility has been preserved thus attracting high worth clientele mostly from the expatriate market.
Teyfield Court, Airport Residential - Accra
Teyfield Court is a private gated residential estate comprising 8 townhomes. Each unit comes with 3 bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, washrooms and a carport. The estate is complemented with reliable back – up power and each unit has independent back – up water supply and also has modern electronic security installations. Assenta was instrumental in the development of the facility through our role as project managers and are currently the asset managers.
